Primary Objective: Provide support as needed to assist in coordination of new subscriber direct mail campaigns. Manage billing, insert card and alternate new acquisition program activities to maximize profitability for all publications.
• Assist in the development of direct mail campaigns(creative, testing, etc.) • Manage promotion flows (creative, purchasing, expenses) • Coordinates development/cost analysis/printing/inventory activity of premiums • Other projects and duties as assigned
Billing and Insert Cards (and alternate new acquisition programs) • Develop and maintain promotion schedules and package files • Compiles P/L analysis by source • Coordinates development/cost analysis/printing/inventory activity of premiums • Directs all printing activity and maintains inventory for insert and billing stock • Directs all PrintNet programs and changes • Directs new creative/testing. Tracks test performance and makes recommendations • Provide response and expense forecasts for models and budget • Other projects and duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of previous experience; a degree in business, finance or accounting; and a background in direct mail, direct marketing and/or magazine circulation is preferred.
In addition, the candidate must have:
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Works with minimal supervision, manages own time effectively, maintains control over all current projects/responsibilities. Follows up on all relevant issues.
Excellent computer spreadsheet skills are required including extensive knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
