Role Summary: The Vice President, Marketing, Communications & Consumer Loyalty will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and is accountable for developing and executing marketing and communications initiatives and associated programs that attract and retain consumers. The Vice President will be a forward-looking leader with a deep understanding of consumer-centric traditional and non-traditional/innovative marketing modalities, significant experience in CRM, digital/web/social media engagement platforms, media planning, patient journey mapping, loyalty/affinity programs and superior client relations and project management skills. He/she will measure success through increased market penetration, customer engagement and retention, and adoption of Mission Health products and services while refining and strengthening the Mission Health brand throughout Western North Carolina.
Within the team, the Vice President will ensure that the department is high-performing, cohesive, and "client-oriented." The Vice President will also work closely and effectively with Senior Leadership to ensure that the team’s efforts are integrated, consistent, and impactful. They will have frequent interaction with Board members, senior leadership, department directors, staff, civic and business leaders, regional hospital representatives, and government agencies.
