The firm has a range of funds, including Alternative and Long-Only, which trade across all major asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities etc.) with a variety of strategies globally.
This opportunity has emerged as the result of a continued expansion and will have responsibility for driving numerous areas of the investor relations and marketing activities across EMEA.
You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, quality-control and delivery of information to clients, prospects and investment management consultants across the region and will work in tandem with other front office teams within the London office.
Responding to a variety of client inquires on their investments and providing analytics on client and prospect hedge fund portfolios;
Managing the request for proposal ("RFP") process;
Overseeing and completing client reporting for all funds and customized accounts;
Consultant relationship support (including consultant databases, consultant questionnaires and ad hoc consultant requests);
Maintaining and creating marketing materials;
Providing support to the sales team;
Producing ad-hoc reports and analysis for senior management.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years' experience within a similar role in Asset Management. Our client has a preference for candidates with excellent educational credentials alongside exceptional communication skills and the ability to take an entrepreneurial approach to finding solutions and supporting their investors.
The small size of their London team will ensure a highly visible role with great exposure across the business and rapid progression and additional responsibilities to those capable of delivering to the highest level.
