The Transportation Demand Management and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the University's commuter programs provided directly through the University or through its membership and affiliation with transportation management associations including: marketing, promotion, outreach, events, customer service, tracking, reporting and operations management. Additional responsibilities include developing new programs and initiatives to benefit students, faculty and staff while reducing single occupant vehicle travel to/from and parking on campus, supporting special projects related to TDM programs and policy development, collaboration with other departments, committees and organizations to identify synergies and promote commuter options and bike and pedestrian safety, and managing TDM aspects of websites and social media outlets related to Parking & Transportation Services. Reports to the Director of Parking and Transportation Services, providing status reports regularly to keep management apprised of program participation and growth.
Salary: Grade 74
B.A./B.S. required and three to five years of experience.
