Fairfield Country Day School, a leading Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 9 independent day school for boys in Fairfield, Connecticut, seeks a Director of Admissions and Marketing beginning July 1, 2017. The Director of Admissions and Marketing reports directly to the Headmaster and is a senior member of the administrative leadership team at FCDS. The Director is responsible for managing and executing every stage of the admissions cycle, from inquiry to enrollment. The Director will oversee all facets of marketing, outreach and student recruitment. He/she will represent FCDS by attending local gatherings and cultivating community relations with a variety of constituents, including our key feeder schools. The Director is expected to teach at least one academic section and/or serve as a coach or assistant coach for one season of athletics. Teaching and coaching responsibilities to be determined based on experience and qualifications. The Director of Admissions and Marketing must be a team player with a collaborative style of leadership eager to work with all stakeholders of the school; administrators, teachers, staff, boys, parents, trustees, and alums.
