Florida Hospital Orlando seeks to hire a Consumer Marketing Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.

The Florida Hospital Marketing team is comprised of non-clinical staff responsible for the promotion of medical services and service-lines, programs and on-site capabilities to past, present and future patients of Florida Hospitals. We work directly with administration, physicians, clinical staff and service line experts to insure an accurate representation of hospital capabilities as it relates to both the campus and the Florida Brand entity.

The Consumer Marketing Coordinator I, executes day-to-day marketing initiatives for key service lines with the Marketing Manager or Assistant Marketing Manager. Applies introductory knowledge of market research and analytics and contributes to the development of plans that competitively differentiate Florida Hospital and ensures the growth of volume, market share, share of spend and/or brand awareness. Coordinates marketing programs and builds strong relationships with stakeholders to advance the service line's strategic vision. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
One (1) year of emerging digital media and technologies experience
Licensure, Certification, or Registration Required:
Valid State of Florida class E driver's license and driving record in accordance with Florida Hospital policy

Implements integrated marketing programs, including: marketing planning; creative conception and execution; corporate communications; digital and social media; project management, event planning and execution; research analysis; and physician relations.

Contributes to setting goals, strategies and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met.
Implements day-to-day marketing efforts for assigned service lines, including digital content and collateral creation, event execution, and project management.
Establishes physician relationships to enhance consumer marketing efforts through lectures and events.
Collaborates with Complete Health Network (CHN) and Florida Hospital Medical Group (FHMG) on digital and direct marketing strategies.
Supports the development of direct-to-consumer physician-specific marketing initiatives to drive volumes and enhance marketing efforts of new and current physicians to drive referrals and grow market share.
Provides marketing management with Return on Investment (ROI) reports to ensure business goals are met, as well as provides input in the development of key community relationships, affiliations and partnerships.
Serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring that execution of brand strategy is consistently maintained across all areas of responsibility.
Tracks service line budget, ensuring timely reporting and fiscal responsibility
