Responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive not-for-profit marketing effort. Works cooperatively and respectfully with residents, coworkers, families, visitors, prospects and volunteers to create a positive and pleasant environment in the office. All tasks are performed in accordance with current standards, policies, guidelines and regulations and in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential skill and experience:
Minimum five years of marketing/sales administration experience.
Must execute marketing/sales service in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Associates degree or equivalent experience in the field of administration, business, health, marketing or related and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills; satisfactory completion pre-employment process as required.
Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations prospects.
Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a one-to-five year time span.
Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and a functional level.
Must have patience, tact and enthusiasm, as well as willingness to handle difficult prospects.
Positive, confident and a relationship builder.
An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of the organization and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency in marketing database software and reporting formats.
