This Healthcare Marketing Analyst II will be responsible for:
Supporting the Hospital's strategic analysis process to drive volume and build national reputation.
Assessing the Hospital's competitive market position and conducts consumer and physician market assessments across the hospital's clinical service lines.
Primarily conducting internal and external primary and secondary research using a variety of data sources to build reports (both in spreadsheet and presentation formats) that support the strategic marketing planning process for specific hospital services.
To qualify you must have:
The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or marketing. Master's in Business Administration preferred. Work requires at least 5 years of prior work experience, preferably in a business, corporate, or health care environment.
The analytical skills to collect information from diverse sources, apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems that cross department/divisional lines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively provide service to a range of hospital departments and deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions.
Advanced Excel, statistical analysis and data modeling skills in addition to having a developed writing, presentation, and very strong organization capabilities. No certification, registration or licensure required.
