Our client has an impressive track record and AUM. They now have large scale growth plans and need to hire a candidate at Manager Level to help with their institutional marketing efforts. The position works directly with the Global Head of Distribution to set the strategy and execute their drive into the UK and Europe. You will be a candidate who can hit the ground running. The successful candidate will need to be a good team player, be able to juggle a multitude of tasks, a strong eye for detail as well as be proactive, creative and innovative in their approach to driving content, campaign management, thought leadership and product marketing strategy Key Duties:
Establish and implement a marketing planning process with responsibility for a large budget
Lead the campaign management for Institutional clients
Responsible for the creation and execution of the clients' marketing strategy
Create and drive a content strategy. Includes overall responsibility for the creation of thought leadership materials, ranging from traditional white papers to documentaries which incorporate use of infographics.
Working with Global Head of Marketing on Investment Commentary and an Insight plan
Develop marketing positioning for new product launches
Partnering with PR and digital teams
Responsible for institutional marketing budged
Implement campaign planning framework and ensure that integrated campaigns are delivered across channels in a timely manner.
Lead review of the 'stories' and positioning behind the core products to ensure communications were appropriate for market and channel.
