Coordinates with the VP of Finance & Operation, VP of Development, and senior level officials across the University to administer the Total Campus Marketing (TCM) initiative in partnership with our 3rd party rights holder. Responsible for the $70M+ program to include helping identify and manage innovative, highly complex, and deeply integrated opportunities to meet revenue targets from corporate sponsorship and advertising rights across University assets. Develops and manages communications related to the program, both internal and external to the University. Serves as the University liaison between the University and the rights holder on any matters outside of University Athletic rights. Responsible for managing policies and procedures that drive the TCM process to include overseeing program communication and metric reporting. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES:
Strategic Development & Coordination: 30% - Essential Sets strategic direction and priorities for the TCM initiative in coordination with members of the Executive Leadership Team and/or their representatives. Responsible for creating and maintaining processes that foster collaboration across the University while achieving the strategic goal of increasing revenue streams from corporate advertising and marketing partnerships while enhancing the experience of Clemson students, faculty and staff. Works in conjunction with Clemson University Athletic Department on University-wide opportunities.
Leadership and Communication: 30% - Essential Serves as the liaison between the University and the rights holder. Assists in coordinating meetings and aiding in communications between the parties. Ensures marketing opportunities are presented, reviewed and considered in a timely manner with campus stakeholders and rights holder as they relate to and align with strategic goals of the program.
Revenue Management and Reporting: 25% - Essential Manages the University revenue component of TCM in terms of advising and making recommendations on revenue allocation and distribution. Oversees contract compliance as it relates to revenue share with rights holder to include annual reporting of revenue and related metrics.
Corporate Relations Stewardship: 15% - Essential Supports the activation/stewardship process with the rights holder and pertinent University divisions and departments that is required to put in place the sponsorship and advertising components committed in various marketing contracts. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
