Loyola University Maryland's Sellinger School of Business and Management Department of Marketing invites applicants for a Visiting Assistant Professor (or Instructor) of Marketing for calendar year 2019 (Spring '19 and Fall '19). Candidates must possess, at a minimum, an MBA degree in marketing or related discipline from an AACSB accredited institution. Applicants must show evidence of, or potential for, excellence in teaching and a commitment to service for the department. The teaching load is expected to be four courses each Spring and Fall semesters and will involve teaching courses in the areas of Marketing, Strategic Marketing, and Marketing Research. These courses will be taught in the undergraduate program during the day and evening. The Department of Marketing currently comprises seven full-time tenure/tenure-track faculty and one non-tenure track faculty. The department consists of diverse faculty working in the areas of new product development, consumer behavior and branding among other areas. Our faculty are currently engaged in a wide variety of research topics such as consumer decision making, branding and innovation. The Joseph A. Sellinger, S.J., School of Business and Management is AACSB-accredited in business and accounting and offers undergraduate, graduate, and Executive MBA programs.
