Directly responsible for management of all member and provider communications within Geisinger Health Plan. Leads member experience efforts within marketing department and provides guidance and support for other GHP departments in their efforts to improve member experience. Leads efforts to communicate with providers to build and maintain relationships with Geisinger-employed physicians and contracted providers. Responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of communication plans including but not limited to marketing communication, collaterals, fulfillment, market research, market strategy, event management and staff development. Directs efforts via traditional marketing tactics as well as digital tools and strategies.
Reports to AVP of GHP marketing.
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field required.
Minimum of seven years of health insurance marketing experience required.
