Supports the development and execution of the network's digital marketing and communications strategy by designing and developing campaigns that increase engagement throughout NHRMC digital channels. Uses data analytics to understand consumer behavior and improve experiences through customized content. Analyzes and recommends innovative ways of exceeding customer expectations at multiple digital touchpoints to build preference and drive loyalty.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, web design or related field of study. Minimum two years in digital marketing. Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS, website UX design, SEO and Google Analytics. Experience with CRM and Sitecore CMS preferred.
