Responsible for the development and production of all CEO publications and promotional materials as well as CEO’s social media presence. Responsible for management of the department’s staff.
Plan, develop, schedule, implement and measure CEO’s marketing strategies and communications, including marketing of premier events
Effectively communicate (written and verbal) marketing programs within the organization and coordinate these with other internal departments
Manage projects with extensive involvement of CEO Board members and Committees, as well as staff
Serve on Executive Director’s Leadership team with other department directors
Ensure adherence to CEO Brand Standards & Design Guidelines and Editorial Style
Production of consistently high-quality and cost-effective materials
Oversee Organization’s marketing/communications budget, as well as marketing/communications budgets for event projects
Direct efforts of marketing/communications staff and coordinate with other departments while working under tight deadlines with great attention to detail and accuracy of materials
Oversee and leverage CEO’s website and social media presence for the benefit of CEO’s members while creating a comprehensive social media strategy to increase membership engagement and member awareness of the organization’s offerings.
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Oversee marketing and communications efforts, both “e” and print to include:
Compass magazine (every 6 months)
Member recruitment and retention materials
Event promotions and communications to event registrants
Content of public and members-only Web site
Write and/or edit content for all media
Oversee event surveys and various market research efforts
Manage ongoing and develop new relationships as needed with outside vendors
Some international travel required as needed – less than 10%
Other duties as assigned
Additional Salary Information: While not guaranteed, employee is eligible for an annual bonus.
