YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR A PORTFOLIO OF RETAIL AND OFFICE PROPERTIES FOR A GROWING FAMILY OWNED COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY. YOU WILL BE REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE DIRECTOR OF ASSET MANAGEMENT AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO ADVANCE IN PAY AND RESPONSIBILITY AS YOU DEMONSTRATE YOUR ABILITY TO EXCEL AT THIS POSITION. YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-The day to day management and operations of multi-tenant shopping centers and office buildings to the highest standards -Pro-active tenant relations, tenant communications, and assisting with tenant negotiations -Administering tenant leases and tenant billings -Coordinating and overseeing tenant improvement and property improvement projects -Creating and implementing timely annual budgets and CAM reconciliations, and addressing all CAM matters with tenants -Assisting accounting in financial review and tenant collections -Identifying property maintenance requirements, capital improvements, and working with property vendors -Working under the direction of the Director of Asset Management and the Company’s principals to execute the Company’s management strategy and growth initiatives
