This position will:
Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, via partnership with digital, writers, designers and media. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability/agility working with people at various levels. Determine and manage project workflow end to end.
Comfortable with use of technology to drive marketing efforts (email/communications tools, SEO/SEM, social, content distribution, video, etc.).
Work with analytics team to audit results and effectiveness of marketing communications efforts. Use data to plan and execute communications campaigns. Identify problems, design solutions and implement effective plans, and measure the impact of those initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues in Marketing and Communications (digital, writers, designers, social and media) and internal clients to define, strategize, organize, supervise and execute marketing projects.
Act as liaison to and manages external vendors which may include search agencies, advertising agencies, media agencies, PR agencies, etc.
Serve as the point of contact for managing content, updates and functionality of the Centers' web presence (with agency support).
Be responsible for competitive monitoring and reporting findings/implications.
In support of the Strategic Implementation Launch Team, the Specialist will implement primarily digital marketing strategies and tactics in order to increase awareness of multidisciplinary centers of excellence. Working with the Marcom Manager, the Specialist will oversee the development/execution of campaigns and tactics (SEO/SEM, content, digital properties, social media, video, email, events, direct mail, advertising, collateral material, etc.) to promote the portfolio of Centers, and support its reach regionally, nationally and internationally.
To qualify, you must have:
Knowledge of how to use web, social media, and email marketing analytics and content experiments, testing and optimization to improve performance.
Successful candidates should possess strong digital marketing skills, and a curiosity to stay current with digital trends, and embrace a test and learn approach.
A minimum of two years of marketing communications experience, with heavy digital focus.
The ability to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and to mediate fair and workable solutions.
